Refund policy

Refunds or Exchanges:  Your satisfaction is my greatest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your piece please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, at equanimousbyshelley@equanimous.info. Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned piece, I will contact you with an approval for a refund or exchange. I must receive the product within 14 days of you receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned without first requesting a return, or returned after 14 days of receiving the item will not be accepted.  If your item has been damaged during shipping or arrives defective, EQUANIMOUS will pay for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging or packaging that will sufficiently protect the piece during shipping, preferably boxed or bubble wrapped inside of a bubble wrap envelope. If the piece is damaged due to improper packaging it will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be notified once the item is received and inspected and I will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 10 business days, minus any shipping charges that may have been incurred. Please remember, it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,and you haven't received your refund, please contact equanimousbyshelley@equanimous.info.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact equanimousbyshelley@equanimous.info immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and quickly resolve any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
